How are you? Have you had a good week? I do hope you are well and have a good weekend.

I continued to work on my 4 projects in the company. One of my projects in my professional field needs for 2 to 3 years to complete it, until now, I have worked on it for 1 year. I do hope to create a new statistic model in my industry and I had published 12 books and 2 papers to explain my opinions in the past 13 years. Now, I do hope to make a summary about my thoughts and practice with an electronic system as my last big project before I finish my employee life... it is good that right now, over 9600 people have become my register users already…

The other two projects on company's business and management innovation need for about 4 months. I will go to Hong Kong and Shanghai to visit some similar companies or organizations those are from the U.S. and Britain, and to invite some successful enterpriser or scholar from some best companies or university to make some training for our managers… I am glad that my work on one of the projects got the best comments by the president and some experts on Thursday.

Also I continue to organize the managers to learn something to oppose the bribe actions in the business field and I employed a new British English teacher for the company’s English training. It is a pity that I have no time to take part in it yet... :-) Every day, I have 2 to 4 meetings and to check many professional files and corrected some documents.

Meanwhile, I still kept my music, piano, painting lessons and I created a new poem, new picture as well in my free time

Friday morning, I got a letter from a family of my dearest friend, my American art teacher Mr. Charlie K 's and knew that my dear teacher who had led me re-go on the art and music road, has affected whole of my last a half life... After suffering much pain and hard time for 31 months, he is still there to fight with the illness with a very strong will and backbone, also, he is in a very critical situation right now... anyway, in whole of the process, I have been his most beloved student and he has checked all of my paintings in his sick bed and be proud of me...

With a very heavy heart, first time, I went to a church to bless for my teacher after driving for more than 1 hour to find it tonight. I will stop all of the personal things that I need do, but can be done later, to bless for my teacher with a totally cleaning and sincere heart. I do wish the God and my sincere bless can help us to save his life and to help him to recover his health... I will also keep my painting and music leaning, try to do my best to make my teacher’s life, thoughts, and many excellent qualities as an artist -- honest, humorous, gentle, strong, work hard and never give up, to face difficulties and tragedies with smiles always... to be continued via my art and music works... I am confident to be a "great" artist on art and music in 20 years... When the day has come, I will certainly sign my teacher's name Mr. Charlie K on my best works...

I am just a learner on art, music, English and the work on the web site. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to beAn Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship, and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself. :-)

I do appreciate your understanding, directions and supports. I do hope to get your great help continuously now and in the coming time...
