How are you? Have you had a good week? I do hope you are well and have a relaxed and easy weekend.

Sunday morning, I started my short traveling at 6:30pm to fly to Zhang Jiajie. Now I am writing to you in my travel.

Last week is really a too busy one before China’s National Day holiday. I had no time to arrange anything for my holiday and even on Sep 30 -- the first day of the holiday, I was still organizing a mountain climbing in the company. Anyway, I was on the airplane to come to Zhang Jia Jie National Park accepting an invitation by a local college teacher ? a formal colleague of mine.

It is sad that she was fired by her department and our company according to the rules of the company that tofire five percent of employees whose achievement are listed last position every year in the first month 2006. This thing made me feeling bad for a long time. Even, it made me want to abdicate and to get marry with anyone who wanted me, to finish my employee life ? just a joke. However, I chose staying on the current position, to help her to find a new job and to help her to summary the experience from the fail. Meanwhile, I felt that I should do something to help the company to improve our management level. That is why, I went to some best similar companies to us in the world ? Bloomberg Branch in Hong Kong and Reuter Branch in Hong Kong even though I could not move as usual when I just hurt my waist. After all, this is a young and hopeful company, all of the managers wanted to make our work to be done best. As the only one who has a doctoral degree of business management in the company, one of my duties should be to help the company to improve our management level… So, I have been standing up 3 or 4 projects since the beginning of the year, not only on business itself, but also on management.

I am glad that most of my views ? included many critiques in my researching reports have been accepted. The general manager has asked the secretary to sent one of them with 17000 Characters to all of our directorates. Also, he asked me to present every manager meetings daily and to help the company to hold the direction of the company.

Anyway, I have been worrying the formal woman colleague for she is the oldest one who is over 40 years old in the employees who had to go, also, with a girl as a single mother. It is really a cruelty thing to be fired when she has been over 40 years old. So, I also wanted to come to see how she is working and living. To see what I can help…

I am so glad to see that she is living a so beautiful place and she is doing very well, her paper has got the highest award in her city and she has been invited to be a special news analyst by the local newspaper, too. I am so happy for her and I really feel that a heavy burden has been moved from my heart.

Now, I am writing this letter to you in her office at 6:30am ? I wanted to finish it at about 11:00pm last night., but, I was almost killed by the so big mosquitoes here.

I am just a learner on art, music, English and the work on the web site in my free time. During the process to help the others and to improve myself. :-)
