Happy Easter Holiday! I do hope you are well and have a relaxed and easy Easter Weekend.

This week, some good news in the company is that our company has become one of the 47 mainstay software companies of Shenzhen City in 2007 for our created work in the financial and security information fields. Meanwhile, with some advanced equipment, our new news center, new disseminating center and a new multifunctional hall started to work...

As a part of the enterprise culture, we have organized the first beneficence in 2007 to build a Hope Elementary School in a poor county in Inner ? Mongolia in the Northeast of China. According to the principle that is not on the paper -- the more high position in the company, the more donations to give, the donation I have given is listed on No. 4.

Also, I have made our first Yoga training class and the 6th English training class to be started on Wednesday and Friday evening. We have invited some professional teacher and some native English speakers as our teachers and to offer our colleagues some opportunities to improve their own cultures. Next Tuesday, the first chorus will be started as well.

You can not imagine it is not easy to start a new work. In 2005, when the first English training class was started, it was me to give the first money to help it to start. Right now, in 2007, it was also me to pay the first deposit for the electronic piano for the chorus with my own money. The company had approved our yearly budget for the women committee’s working in 2007. But, it does not want to stand the risk before it has seen a good result. Even though I could stop this job, I myself have my own vocal music teacher and my own piano and electronic organ, I don't need to worry anything about myself. Anyway, when I saw the woman colleague, who takes charge of this work in a deeply embarrassed situation, for she had made people enough to register and they are looking to learn something new via the chorus lessons. She had also invited a professional music teacher and she had written a contract with a music instrument company already. All of the things have been done, but she had forgotten to make sure where the money comes from and how much money the company can accept. Instead of saying any words, I went to a bank to take out of some of my own money and let her rent the piano she wants and her start the job. What I wished, is to protect her working passion as a new member of the woman committee, to make her keeping a confidence about her own working ability and also let her know how important it is to make an a forehand communication as much as possible and to get help before starting a new work. Also, I really hope to help those colleague’s dreams to be true.

I am sure, the effort of mine for the company will be understood and to get a good result as the current English training class. I believe that only a studying style corporation can really follow the step of the times…

How do you think of my thoughts? Do you think that a corporation should pay more attention to its enterprise cultures?

I am just a learner on art, music, English, French and the work on the web site in my free time. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be An Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself.
