How are you? I do hope that you are well and have an easy and relaxed weekend.

This week, except my daily work, I am creating a new business job for the company: to make a weekly, monthly, quarterly or longer time's industry researching.

I have been feeling that a company must know the last news in our own industry and in the other industry that perhaps is affecting us. So, I always read and make reading notes before attending the manager meeting every morning and to remind the managers to pay more attention the news points, the changing of laws, regulations and policies, the last actions of the top companies not only in the securities industry in China, but also the greatest companies, such as Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Bloomsburg and Reuters, to know the newest economy policies in the U.S., European Union, Japan, OPEC and so on... to follow the steps of the world economy and technology developing...

Along with the time, I do not think that the simple remind is enough. I do think that I should do something to order, to comment, to mention out of the inspiration that I have felt and thought, to lift them to be some new viewpoints, to share them with more people, especially the management layer, to help the company to develop better and faster. After all, we are focusing ourselves on the continuously innovation and creating; after all, our dream is to become the best top company in the industry; we must have wider eye-shot and more active mind.

My first trying has gotten the good comments and I am working on creating a working model, then to hand it to the others as I had done always. I am thinking that maybe, I should do something to push the company to found a new research department someday? I am not in a hurry, I need to think of it carefully.

A funny thing is that I just gave forwardly my position as the woman committee director to another colleague on Tuesday. I was informed that to be the vice chairman of the labour union on Wednesday, the woman job is just a part of the labour union. :-) So, I was smiling when I got the news and I have organized someone to fix a labour union column in our inner net as my first job already...

I am busy very much, I am happy in my heart. I feel lucky to have an opportunity to work and to live in the beautiful world via developing and extending my own little bit talent and wisdom to the others and the society every day...

I am just a learner on that art of painting, music, calligraphy, languages and to work on the web site in my free time. I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be An Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship and Language Learning. To help the others while to improve myself.
