Just Saying Hello -- Shirley's 264th Friendly Greeting, July 25, 2010

How are you? Have you had a good weekend?

This is a short letter to say Hello to you.

Since my eyes do not support me to work on the computer as usual, I have to save my limited vision on my 7th work paper after I came back from the US last Oct.

It is very difficult to write a work paper for me at this time, I am trying to do my best ? I catch the few houses that I can see better in the morning even though on the weekends. I work for a while, close my eyes for a while in the afternoons and nights.

Even though I can just offer my ideas or just correct the work papers of my colleagues, I want to perform my duty as one of the members who have taken part in the company’s founding jobs and a manager. I really hope to return the company and my motherland with the knowledge that I had learned and brought back from the US.

I am not sure whether it is the last paper that I can write for the company. I am in a peaceful heart. I enjoy the process of thinking and very often, when a good idea jumps into my mind, smiles will come to my face...

I am happy that I have written more than 20,000 Chinese characters already and I have completed about 50% of this paper on the company's strategy in the coming 3 years...:-)

I feel lucky enough that I have gotten so much care for and help from my bosses, friends, professors, tutors, mentors and you when I am in the most difficult time...

With an endless appreciated heart, I created a new painting with many bright colors, and hope to bring you a big smile. :- )

How about you? Do you have anything special this week?

I am just a learner on art of painting, music and English, to work on the web site in my free time. I would really like to do a few things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be an Electronic Bridge of Culture Exchange, Chinese Language Learning & Friendship making. To help the others while to improve myself.

I would like to appreciate your understanding, directions, supports and hope to get your friendly direction and help.

If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, you are welcome to write to shirley@ebridge.cn or shirley004@yahoo.com, or to publish your opinions in the forum.
