Hi,Dear Friends

How are you?

It is for about 8 months that I haven’t written anything online and updated my wet site for some reason.

However, I do hope that during the interval time, everything has done well on your side and you are healthy, safe and happy.

On my side, I had experienced a lot of quite hard things, but most of them have passed away.

Now, I have gotten the Letter of Admission of China National Academy of Painting, which informs me to enroll on Sep 14 to 15 in Beijing to major in Chinese Gongbi Painting for another one year.

I know it is a scarce opportunity to study in the highest level Academy of Painting of China and I do appreciate the school has given me the wonderful opportunity.

However, because of some health problem of my father, I have decided to give up the hard-won opportunity and I will let them know my idea tomorrow. Also, with much thanks, I had refused an invitation as a candidate for a PHD from my former mender, who is the supervisor during I was a candidate for my Master Degree of Fine Arts, in a South Korean University since the upcoming Sept, 2022 to 2025.

A good news is that my father is getting better right now, so,I am following my tutor’directions and preparing to start my doctoral candidate life in 2013; meanwhile, I am preparing to go back to Springfield, MO, US someday and continue the art work that was broken since 2021 because of the Covid-19. Of course, the precondition is my father is in a good health and the Covid-19 has been controlled on both sides of the Ocean...

Anyway, no matter what has happened in my life, I have been studying arts and foreign languages as long as I had time. So, I have painted/created about 50 pictures since I wrote to you last time and does not stop learning oral English for one day. Also, I have hired an English teacher and a Korean teacher to tutor my foreign language studying.

I am thinking as same as any culture in the world, Chinese culture and art is broad and profound,I will have to study all my life...

How about you? Do you have anything special to share on your side? Have you also kept studying something new every day?

 

Sincerely, I am just a student on Arts of Painting, Music, English and Management,and work on the web site in my free time. I would really like to do something with what I have learned, to make this little web site to be a little Electronic Bridge of Cross -cultural and Comprehensive Art Study and Chinese Language Learning, to help the others while to improve myself.
