The 17th Friendly Greeting From Shirley, China, Sun, Dec 11, 2005

How are you? How is your week and weekend going? I do hope you are well and be enjoying the holiday season. : -)

On my side, the weather changes very big. On Monday, the temperature was still over 20 C degree. But, it was about 4 0r 5 C degrees on Tuesday night. Then, on Thursday, the temperature recovered near 20 C degree and it is said it will be in a very low temperature next week again. Many people have cold and I was not escaped as well. Anyway, in case I have been keeping on sport exercise ? running, playing tennis or some balls and now I am interested in running up the stairs from the first floor to the 6th floor every day at least twice and keep in a very healthy body and psychology, so, what I did to treat my cold was just to sleep for awhile, then, everything has been ok. : -)

This week a fun thing is making me smile that a friend first time visited my Gouache Painting and would like to order Gouache--092: Hi, Be Careful, Big Panda! Or asks me to re-paint a new one according to the special size and requirement as my “ first customer ”. Even though I am used of to painting freely and feel a little bit difficult to be asked the size, scene and color stone. Anyway, I am going to try to do that as an interesting exploring in the coming New Year holiday or Chinese New Year holiday.

In fact, after I completed my Gouache ?037: Hare that I learned to paint from learning Mr. John James Audubon (1785-1851) ? the greatest American birds artist in 2003, my teacher told me that I could try to make my painting into the market. However, I have not been thinking of that for I would like to learn more with a calm, pure and peaceful heart. After all, much time and many years have been wasted in my golden times. I would really like to cherish the treasured time and wonderful society circumstance around me in today's China.

After all, to enjoy the delight and singing of heart from the creating process is attracting me more than something else... :-) Am I a foolish one? :-)
I am just a learner on art, music, English and the work on the web site. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to beAn Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship, and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself. :-)

I am so lucky that I have got many directions and supports from you. I would really like to thank you for your kind understanding and great help.
