How are you? Have you had a good week? I do hope that everything is well with you and you are enjoying a relaxed weekend.

This is a busy week. Every day, I was in my office earlier than usual and I started to work on my computer at 6:45am or 7:30am, including Saturday. I drove my car with big lamps; there were only few cars and few cleaning workers in the streets. I was a little bit scared in the park and I locked the door of my office as soon as I entered it. There are two guards in the first floor for 24 hours, otherwise, I would not even dare to go to the office building in the early morning. Maybe you would like to ask me why I did not work at home. When I am at home, I always want to paint, sing, create music and I am not in the emotion to work on the company jobs.

An important reform will start in the company in 2007 upto 2008. That is why I have led 3 research groups and a pure business project group to work on some studying since last May. My role is to give them most of the ideas and to tell my assistants how to work on them and also I have to make final judgments.

Many times, instead of checking something that was completed by the others, I have to write and describe most of views in person. Sometimes, I am a little bit worrying that they can not follow the quick steps of mine. So, I have to do much work to train the young people.

I enjoy my work because I have felt that management is also an art. To use and arrange the resource of the company is just like to use and arrange the colors of a picture. To design the company’s organizations, products and service systems is just like to make a composition of a picture. The enjoyment is same from both of company work and art and music.

Even though I am the oldest one in the company, my reflected speed is quite fast; my mind is quite creative and alive. More and more of my ideas have been used by the company. Some important views, such as our enterprise core competition power and company's main business theory, that I mentioned out 3 years ago, have been proved right. That really makes me have an achievement feeling. Just like the feeling that I have painted a good picture already.

In the other side, as a single woman, I has raised my son growing up while I was working hard and 4 years ago I sent him abroad as a student. I has also created a new life room via art, music and language learning for 4 years. I am thinking of opening a new page in my life in 2007 or 2008. To look for a soul mate, a lover and a husband. To share the wind, rain, happiness and delight with a man who loves me and I love, with an artistic and creative life style. I am looking forward to become a bride who is in the wed clothes first time since I have not had a wedding yet ? I had a marriage that had not had wedding yet. :-)

Maybe in 2008, after the biggest reform has been completed, I should retire ahead if the company allows, to involve myself in a totally new life with art, music, writing, translating and maybe plus cooking and so on...

I am just a learner on art, music, English, French and the work on the web site in my free time. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be An Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself.
