How are you? I do hope that you are doing well and enjoy your weekend.

Saturday after and night, our company had an annual summary, company party and dinner.

In 2009, we created a revenue and profit higher 33% and 50% than last year while we were given two “Innovation Awards” by China Software Industry Association and Shenzhen City. Our company also got the gold reward of Shenzhen Excellent Information Technological Achievement Awards. Every employee’s salary level will be increased 9.5% since 2010.

As a manager/student who returned from overseas in 2009, my feeling about the company is: Innovation, Enthusiasm, Down to Earth and Humanism.

-- We are going on a road that our predecessors had not gone; we have to create everything by ourselves. Creation and Innovation is the life of our company.

-- We are working down to earth with so much enthusiasm. When I was in the party, my feeling as if I was attending a university's party, every one performed their programs with his/her 120% passion, whole of the hall was full of the youth’s breath and so much love to our career, company and country.

-- We have gone over the most difficult time and created fortune more and more, but, we never forget who our parents are and where our root is. Some TV reporters have interviewed several parents of the best employees in Guizhou, Sichuan, and Guangdong, the labor union has invited the teachers and students from the poorest area ? Huining in Gansu Province-- 4 years ago, we sold more than 200 old computers to our employees. We used the money to found a Computer Lab for a middle school there. Then we donated money to found a special scholarship to reward the best students. Every year, we send young employees to help them while to experience the life there, to see how those children study there while to remember our social responsibility, cherish our current life, keep a loving heart, save every coin ? we encourage people to take away their leftovers after a meal, we require employees to use the two sides of a piece of paper... After all, the money to buy a bottle of mineral water in Shenzhen is the money for a child in that school to live for one day in Gansu.

When I saw the children singing in the party, when I saw the parents of our employees on the careen, when I heard a mother told us that her daughter ? a young editor in our TV department who was called an “iron girl” by her colleague has grown up since her father passed, she does not only want to be a good employee while she is standing the responsibility to the family... She has not dressed in a couple of high heel shoes and she has never worn in a dress yet… my heart was stocked so much, tears flew down my face. So, I have gotten her sizes and I would like to help her to see her mother in a couple of beautiful high heel shoes and a new dresses in the the Spring Festival Holiday. :-)

-- I was also touched by something that my boss told me in the party -- our president who is from our biggest shareholder cared for my studying in the US very much. Just according to his direction, the company offered me a lot of supports. With a grateful heart, I told myself that I should work harder for the company in the new year.

The other good news is that two medical specialist told me that the photos of my head by nuclear magnetic resonance are "clean and beautiful, there is no any organic problem". The problem on my eyes and headache is from strain. I am so happy for the conclusion. I am relaxed right now. Of course, I need to match a couple of new glasses at once.

Maybe for I was too happy, my reversing radar did not work once more. So, before I went to repair my car for the scratch last week, I crashed it on the same place once more, so that the clerks of the insurance company smiled and told me that I need not show my first sheet to the factory since I have crashed it more serious this time. :-)

I am just a learner on art of painting, music and English, to work on the web site in my free time. I would really like to do a few things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be an Electronic Bridge of Culture Exchange, Chinese Language Learning & Friendship making. To help the others while to improve myself.
