How are you?

This week, the biggest thing in my city is that the 26th Summer Universiade has opened in my city -- Shenzhen.

After watching the opening ceremony Friday night and saw many beautiful activities of the young athletes, I did feel that Any Success Needs the Support of a Healthy Life. :-)

This is a normal truth, but, in the so many years, the education I have gotten was how to work hard, then to make success. Until last year, when I heard that a long life is one of the most important elements to make a success in my first lesson in China Central Academy of Fine Arts, I was touched so much.

To be honest, if it was before 2009, I did not believe it at all. But now, I believe it indeed. Because, it is difficult to imagine how my health has dropped down the so bad level from the so healthy style -- from a long distance runner and a manager who often worked for 15 houses each day for many years, has changed to be a patient who needs to go to hospital often.

So, now, when I look at how those young athletes worked with so beautiful styles and features, I do have some new and special feelings about health and life. I could not help smiling about myself.

It is really the time to summarize my lessons and change my life style.

So, this week, during I watched the 26th Summer Universiade, I have recovered my daily exercise that has been stopped for about 3 years.

I believe that life bases on the sport. So, since I would like to work on my combined art dream with whole of my rest life, the first thing is that I must keep in the good health, and then I can make my dream to be true. After all, health is the support of any success.

With this idea, I have created my weekly new paintings and new music, but, I did not work until 1:00 a.m. or 2:00a.m. as I often did again. :- )

I would like to remember my lessons, change myself, fight and try to overcome the sickness while become a true artist who has a good health support, to help the world and more people with some more healthy and more beautiful creations.

I am just a student on Art of Painting, Music, English and Management, to work on the web site in my free time.
