Oct 24, 2013, with the heart to try, I wrote to Mr. Kim Flores, the manager of Brentwood Branch Library in downtown of Springfield, MO, USA, I did not think that just within for about 10 minutes, I got the responding from her. She had delivered my letter to her colleagues Miss Peggy and Miss Cassie, let them make a judgment whether can have a cooperation with me.
The so efficiency work style of her did really give me so much confidence in her and their library, so, carrying my new book and DVD and a part of my painting works, I went to their library to have a visit Oct 26, 2013.
I was lucky enough, Ms. Peggy was there and she treated me with so much patience and polite style. Then, after I showed the short part works, I met Mr. Kim Flores, we had a short and very friendly and delight talking.
Then on Sunday, I got a quite positive responding from Mr. Kim: “ I'm sure we can work something out so that we can display your beautiful art at the Park Central Branch Library and perhaps do a class... ”
I was so happy for I have met a so responsible manager and so nice friends who could understand me and my art works…
With so many smiles, we took this photo together, it will become the forever beautiful memory between friendly and knowledgeable American people and me.
