At the extremely busy season, Monday noon, Nov 24, Mrs. Kat Allie - Department Chair of Fine Arts & Humanities and the Fine Art Gallery Manager, and Ms. Stephanie, Crammer - Director of Program & Expositions of Springfield Regional Art Council, MO, took some time to have a talking with me.
Thinking of the Eve of Chinese Spring Festival will be on Jan 30, Chinese New Year’s Day will be on Jan 31 and my original art exhibition plan in Ozarks Technical Community College will be started March 7, so, I discussed with Mrs. Kat Allie of OTC and to see whether it is possible to adjust my art exhibition from March to be February, to help the Event of Chinese Spring Festival in Missouri State University via adding a point about Chinese culture via the exhibition in OTC in Springfield?
I am lucky enough that Ms. Kat Allie talked with the other artists who would work in Feb and changed my work on Feb.
And Dr. Wenrong Yan and Dr. Wenping Qiu in Missouri State University also gave me some positive responding.
So, now, my exhibition in Ozarks Technical Community College will be help Feb 7 - Feb 28,2014.
Then I will have a whole semester in Chinese National Academy of Arts in Bei in 2014. :- )
In my heart is full of the appreciation to Mrs. Kat Allie and Ms. Stephanie for their good help and spent time to with me at the so busy season.
