This is my 513
Chinese Xieyi Painting and
my 938th painting since 2003, the 345th assignment of Chinese National Academy of Arts.
Last fall, when I was in the USA, I was impression on the beautiful hydrangeas around the building I lived, I had been thinking of painting them. But, because it were near the windows of the people who lived on the first floor, I did not think it was polite to paint by the others' windows. So, I did not paint but just took some pictures from far away.
Now, the school asked us to create something according the data we got from the nature, after looking at about 600 pictures of the hydrangeas, I create 2 paintings.
This is one of the two paintings.
How do you think of this picture? Do you enjoy it?
