This is my 75th gouache and 9th waterlily of picture. When I was painting it, first time, I mixed the green color into the pink, to paint the leaves of the flower. I did feel that the opposite colors was helping me to express the flower's life power, to make a flower looks like more alive and fresh. Do you think so?
