I enjoy its beautiful music and simply lyrics.
Have you found? Sometimes, the more simply, the more beautiful. :- )
I sang it on Saturday, because I really wanted to have a long breath after an extremely tight studying on the Managerial Accounting. :-)
Some friends and classmates often wonder why except running in the morning, I hardly do the other sport since I came to the US, but, I have been keeping a very good health and energy?
My answer is, singing, painting and touching the great nature. To learn to sing is just like to learn to do Chinese "Qigong" and I see it as a “Sport” of breath -- an art work with breath. :- )
I learned this song in my music lessons in China in 2006 and 2008, and I re-sang and re-recorded it one month ago in the US. But, I did not satisfied it and I have not been finding a suitable time to re-translate it. So, it has been resting in my computer, until I worked on it on Saturday and Sunday.
During I was singing and recording it, I really found sometimes, the more short lyrics, the more difficult to sing. Maybe because it needs to control a long breath? :-) So, I recorded the short song with 4 sentences for about 4 hours.
I am smiling for I have made a some special Sport / Exercises of the Breathing for 4 hours. :-)
The tone of this song is slow and easy to master. I wish that will have some help with you to learn Chinese language and to improve your listening ability.
I put my recording in 2009, 2008 and 2006 here and hope it will be convenient for you to listen to them in Chinese and in English with different speeds and tones. I do wish that you find that I have made a little bit progress ... :-)
