I am trying to create this painting with two styles of Chinese paintings. I mean to mix Chinese Gongbi and Chinese Xieyi styles on same picture.
Once more, I met the problem that a paper can not be suitable for two style paintings at the same time. I feel that the pine tree part is ok. The water lily part is not good enough because the paper for the Chinese Xieyi, can not be colored like a Chinese Gongbi. So, I will keep continuing to try again. :-)
Aiming at the problem that my teacher pointed that the two parts in my 8th combined painting
Intone A Willow in The Spring's lacks some connecting, the fish do not seem nature on my 9th combined painting
Chanty. I have created two couple of things to echo the two parts: the pine branch and the grass, the two birds, plus the moon between them. What I wanted to do is to enhance the connecting between the two parts inside.
Anyway, I am not sure what my teacher will comment it yet.
How do you think of this picture? Do you enjoy it?
