The last time I painted the painting on the Chinese New Year in my travel in Wuxi.
I do hope that you enjoy this painting and it will be some help with you to learn more about Chinese culture and language.
Main Meaning of the PoemA Little Pool
By Yang Wangli (Song Dynasty)
The silent mouth of a spring “cherishes” the thin streamlet,
The shadow of the trees is reflected in the water, it “loves” the scene in the sunshine.
A little lotus leaf just appears with a sharp tip,
Quickly, a dragonfly lands on it.
