This is my 309th
Chinese Xieyi Painting and
my 556th painting since 2003. Also, it is the 1st painting (practice) that I have learned to paint in 2011, the 37th assignment of China Central Academy of Fine Art.
Since I came to CAFA, except having the normal lessons and completed the assignments, our tutor -- Mr. Gang Li has been helping me to catch one the lessons that I had missed (Sep 10 - Nov 25) of landscape painting.
So, as soon as I had time, I learned to paint stone. After painting stones for about 40 days, finally, Mr. Li agreed with me to paint trees.
After making some practice, I painted my first landscape painting via learning from Mr. Xian Gong who was living in the end of Ming Dynasty and early years of Qing Dynasty.
How do you think of this painting? Do you think that I have make some progress on Chinese landscape painting?
