This is my 283nd
Chinese Xieyi Painting and
my 504 painting since 2003. Also, it is the 33rd (52nd) painting (practice) that I have created in 2010.
I have left 65 paintings in the US. One of them is
the white peonies that I created for my mother and my brother. Since it is not in my hands, I would like to create another one with golden color.
My Chinese art teacher saw this painting and thought that the flowers seemed like a little bit tired, just like me, in a sickness. :-) Plussed, he did not think the structure is good enough, therefore I was just given 85.
Then, I created the blue one. Because I did not think that I had painted any blue peony painting good enough, after I created
my last blue peony painting, I have been wishing to find a time to create a new one.
But, I do not think this one is good yet and my teacher thought that the group of flowers over is not good, so, I was given another 85.
How do you think of the two paintings? Do you like which one?
