Hi,Dear Friends
I am sorry for a technology problem, making this letter was sent with a wrong way automatically, so, I would like to send it to you once more and hope the mistake did not bring you too many troubles. Could you please excuse me?
 How are you? Have you had a good week? I do hope you are well and have a relaxed and easy weekend.
It is a busy week. Every morning, I had at least 2 meetings. Sometimes, I had no time to have a breath and I run upstairs often. However, I caught my time to write my researching work as long as I could.
Now I feel lucky that the company has given me many duties, while I am learning art and music in my free time. They are influencing me with an imperceptibly way.
The company asks me, as the only manager from the company management layer, to attend a daily manager meeting at 9:30am and we have to hand the company a daily work report before 10:15am. That really has given me a good opportunity to read something before the meeting and to know what’s having happened in the industry, country and world, then to judge or adjust our work in the company. So it has given me a good opportunity to make an daily investigation for my researching work. Sometimes, I was surprised, how I could have had some of such good ideas?
When I was thinking and writing, some pictures often jump into my mind and made my thoughts clearer, just like I have made sure what I should paint. At this time, I often smiled to myself, sometimes I could not help to stand up to dance for my new discovery. In case I have a single office, otherwise, people would think that I was crazy, wasn’t it?
For instance, when I was thinking where should be the best point to make our main business-journalism and data to be connected and to be transformed with each other? What is the best point to collect our different mediums and products and to show our core competition power? I thought of the web site, only it can assume the duty to collect our TV & digital TV, newspaper, magazine, web sites, telephone and mobile phone together, to be a platform of information publishing, interaction, marketing and company's image-building. But, it can only be the first /surface layer of our system; the second layer should be an edition and business system; the third layer should be database system. The three layer structure works with multi- medium, bilingual and multifunctional style. There is some pillars run-through them while to run independently, they are just each single medium and the products on itself… When my thought from dark to clear, a picture has changed to be clear along with time, just like the process how I create a picture…
So right now, I am not only interested in my work, but also I enjoy it. I do feel that a company’s development needs some theory to guide. Especially when we are working in a totally new industry and there is nobody to teach us how to do it. We have to learn and explore something new every day. We have to summary our work and make our practice to be lifted up to be a theory, then to correct and adjust it along with time. A company’s running does not only need creating and innovation in business field, but it also needs to create and innovate in the theory field. I am happy to be appointed to lead some project groups to work on it.
Does your company pay attention to the researching work? Do you think that we should do some creation and innovation in our work and theory fields?

Shirley Created Art -- Chinese Xieyi 0102: Autumn
First time, I learned to paint a leave of a banana, flowers and birds. My teacher gave me 80 marks for the part of the right and up was too high and too much. And the flowers were too far away from the birds. Also the leaves of the bamboo seemed like some claws of birds once more. I did not think a lot when I was painting my birds, just wanted to have some ones on the picture to enjoy the autumn and to improve my ability of painting a bird with a colored brush directly... I did want my birds to be lovely and friendly. Anyway, a friend thought that the two birds up were angry with each other so that the one behind as their child was crying and asked his/her parents ? "Do both of you still love me?" Oh, my God, what an interesting understanding about a same painting it is! What is your feeling about my birds? Do you think of they are angry or they are smiling?

Shirly Sung China (North) Folk Song--037: I Love You, The Snow in the North of the Great Wall
I knew the song in my university times, then, I did not think that I would sing it one day until I started to learn vocal music in 2002. Then, in May, 2005, I recorded it as my first Chinese folk song on the web site. But I could only make the first part of the song. So, Saturday night, my teacher directed me to re-record it in my vocal music lesson. Every time, when I sing it, I would think of those teachers who have given their lives to train their students as snow. I can see a fairy with long hair in a beautiful long dress to dress up the world with snow flowers. That is why I create my first Gongbi Character -- a fairy with flowers in Feb, 2006. I do hope, what I have done for you will be a little bit help to your Chinese learning and to know more about Chinese culture.

Chinese Classical Poem 0063 & Shirley Created Music-0053: Hui Xiang Ou Shu -- Casual Writing After Returning Hometown
Have you had any experience when you had to leave from your hometown and to go to somewhere far away to work or to study when you were very young? Then, when you come back to your home, your local accent has not changed, your hair has been gray, so that the local children consider you as a guest and wondering where you are from. This is just the meaning in the Tang Dynasty (A.D.618 - 970) poem by He Zhizhang (A.D.659 -744). I enjoy this poem for its expresses a very true feeling with a simply language. So, I have written a piece of music to match it and hope it is a little bit help to you to know more about Chinese culture and language.

Vocabulary In Chinese--008: Education (1)-- New Words About "Xué" -- Study
Some friends wished me to introduce some vocabulary in Chinese. So, today, I would like to introduce you some new words about education. In this unit, I would like to focus my new words on one Chinese word -- Xué, means learn or study. So, you will find that most of the Chinese character and Chinese Pronunciation below include one word" Xué, even though there are many different meaning around it. I have felt that this is maybe very good learning style to remember Chinese during I am working on it. I do hope it will be a little bit help to your Chinese learning.

I am just a learner on art, music, English and the work on the web site in my free time. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be An Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship, and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself.
