Hi,Dear Friends

How are you? Have you had a good week? I do hope you are well and have a relaxed and easy weekend.

As soon as one of my four projects was finished last week, I put myself into another two short term projects that will be finished in September. Every morning, I enter into my office ahead for about 1 hour. I am in my office on Saturday, too.

I have involved myself in my projects deeply. I enjoy checking and researching the business of the company in the last three years. I like to analyze the resource collocating, business model, organizing configuration, work process, system construction... I am interested in thinking and designing something new to innovate and improve our work. I often feel it is just like I am creating a picture, how to use the colors, how to arrange the composition of the picture. As long as we make the different resource ? a bird, a flower, a color on the best suitable place, a picture will be the most beautiful one. It is same.

So, I feel lucky to work in a new company, that its business system is totally new. There is not a ready model in the industry and in China to follow. There is no one to tell us how to do. Just like a piece of white paper that offers me a huge room to create something new for the company and to develop my thoughts and abilities.

I am also lucky, for I am working on several short or long term projects, while I am working on the company management project. The former ones give me the opportunities to touch the business itself - from market investigation and researching, to products design, technology development, daily maintenance, marketing and service of customers, they are helping me to develop and to adjust my thinking of the company management project, to assure the researching result to be set up on a practice foundation.

The best part is that it offers me an opportunity to upgrade the practice work on a theory level.

Even though this work style makes me quite busy and under a huge press, it also makes me feel that my life more meaningful. I am smiling to face the creative work and challenge with a happy heart and quick speed. Can you imagine? I have been going up two stairs with one step since I came to the new company's office building in 2003.

Anyway, I do not want to be "a workaholic" or "a superwoman". I keep painting and singing as soon as I can. For 3 years, I give up the free lunches in the company and I drive back home to relax with my own simple meals, then to paint my little birds or play my piano or electronic organ for a half hour or 15 minutes. Here is just a part of my bird practice this week . Now, I paint a bird within 5 minutes; three years ago, I painted a bird for more about 3 times.

As usual, I am going to arrange a yearly traveling in October. I would like to relax, to think, to enjoy the colored flowers, the white clouds and blue sky, the songs by birds and the landscape in the chest of the Great Nature Mother...

What is your work and life doing? Do you have any plan to have a travel in the golden fall?

I am just a learner on art, music, English and the work on the web site in my free time. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to beAn Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship, and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself.

I do appreciate your understanding, directions and supports. I do hope to get your great help continuously now and in the coming time...
