Hi,Dear Friends

How are you? Hope you are well and have a good weekend.

This week, the chairman of the board came to the company to announce a decision: to set up a lead group and 4 work groups to work on our 3 year's plans according to the company development stratagem. There are about 30 managers and experts in the groups. I was one of the three people who were listed in all of the 5 groups. I did feel honor while I felt more responsibilities and pressure. That means that I must work harder to studying something in the professional and management fields except my current project and daily work...

Last week, my dream to be a full time art student broke, but, it did not affect my emotion. I quickly adjusted my time. Now I paint Chinese Xieyi picture in the noon even though I have only 20 to 30 minutes. I sing my song when I am driving. I work on my Chinese Gongbi picture while I listen to TV or think of something in the company in the night. I am sure, no matter what thing I am doing, as long as I keep doing it for a long time. I will be certainly successful. In art field, success does not only mean a picture to be sold with a big price. It is also a feeling -- satisfying with what I can do, what I have done and what I want to do鈥� to satisfy with the feeling that I am needed and to be welcomed... Success is the fact to make a dream to be true, but also, it is to do something to pursue the dream...

So, even though my teacher asks me to take my pictures to the market often, I have not been thinking of that yet, so that my friends think that I still live in the moon. I feel, a true art works can only be created by heart. It is a reflection of some feelings and thoughts, a way to express the feelings or thoughts. Its art value is produced during the created process naturally. What I want to do is to enjoy the create process: how an idea jumps into my mind, how I make it to be a draft, how I color the draft to be a beautiful flower, a bird or a butterfly... in whole of the process, I am in a totally free situation, to think, to feel, to work with a totally free mind, compositions, lines and colors, I am the queen of my picture, to do anything I have thought and I want to do鈥� :- ) There is no any noisy, competition, pressure as I have felt in the reality world. That is a world that is full of freedom, peace and happiness -- there is no any dirty or anything bad, but one beauty and another beauty. So, instead of following my teacher鈥檚 requirement to send my last three Chinese Gongbi pictures to a gallery -- he thought that every one can be marked a 4 digital price. What I am more interested in where is the place I should correct on my next picture. What鈥檚 new that I have to learn?

Now I have worked on my last Chinese Gong Bi for over 50 hours. I am coloring it on silk...meanwhile, I am still finding a new opportunity to learn art in some art college. Maybe I will go out of Shenzhen someday? :-)

I am just a learner on art, music, English and the work on the web site. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be An Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship, and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself. :-)

I do appreciate your understanding, directions and supports. I do hope to get your great help continuously now and in the coming time...
