Hi,Dear Friends
How are you? Have you had a good week and enjoy your weekend?
This is just a short note to share some good news with you.
After working for whole of the week, I have completed 30% of my first scroll of figure with 87 immortals.
Since I came to China Central Academy of Fine Arts, I have been dreaming to paint it from learning Mr. Wu Daozi. But, I did not dare to start it for it requires me to have a good eyesight, special patience, quite peaceful heart and a quiet life environment. So, until last Saturday, May 22, after working for 2 months and I finally completed my first long scroll of Landscape with 812 centimeters (319.68inches), I had the courage to try to work on the new scroll.
Now, when I look at the 31 of the 87 immortals on the white silk, when I think of how I worked on so thin lines of the hair, you cannot imagine how happy in my heart. It doest not only mean that I have completed something new, but also, it means that my eyesight has basically recovered. That means that I have re-had the ability to paint a Chinese Gongbi Painting with some specially thin brush to paint, such as the hair one by one... :-)
So, even though I still need eyedrop and the magnifier sometimes, I am sure that my eyesight has been recovered already. :-)
With a so happy and endless grateful heart to my doctors, family members, my bosses, professors and all of the friends who have cared for me, helped me and supported me when I was suffering the problems on my eyes, I would really like to share the first part of my first scroll of portraits and hope to bring you a big smile.
How about you? Do you have anything special to share?

To help the others while to improve myself.
