Hi,Dear Friends
 How are you? Have you had a good week and enjoy your weekend?
-- Today is a special day. I have completed my first long scroll painting with 812 centimeters (319.68inches) .
I started to work on it March 23, 2011 and I completed on May 22.
In the past 60 days, except I attended the lessons, read books, painted more than 30 little Chinese bird and flower paintings with Mogu style, went to Shandong to have the lesson of painting from the nature, went to see my doctors and accepted the daily treatment, looked after my son's vacation life in China, as soon as I could, I worked on the painting. So, today when I finished my last brush, I did feel that my heart was full of the easiness, appreciation and happiness.
I am happy for the short time in CAFA has helped me to touch and to know something about Chinese landscape, helped me enter a new art field. :-)
I am happy for the short learning time on the Chinese landscape has not only helped me to understand why someone thought that landscape was the Authentic literati painting, but also, it has helped me to think, to study and to feel the Chinese philosophy behind of the painting, to know so many things that I should learn and study now and in the future...
-- I have found the best three teachers -- the nature, the ancient Chinese artists and the foreign cultures. The current professors the tutors in CAFA are the best ones to help me to learn from the three hands.
So, if my health supports, I will continue to study in CAFA for another 1 or 2 years. :-)
With this idea, no matter where I am, I pay more attention to learn from the nature, books and every thing around of me. Even though I was in the line of the hospital, when the doctors left 14 or 15 needles of the acupuncture or the nurses attached some electronic equipment on my body, I kept reading books, then I practised what I have learned from the textbooks via painting from the nature in the garden or I learned to paint from some great artists or just painted a photo...
Maybe for I have totally involved myself into the art learning, I often felt that if I connected the cracks on the ground, the natural lines on the upstairs, they would be some good landscapes. :- )
The good news is that I did not crash myself on the billboard as I had done when I just became an editor to work on the newspaper, the magazine and some series of books years ago... :-)
I am thinking, even though I re-started to learn art at my middle-age, I can still make my art dream to be true on some level along with the continuous effort.
-- The daily treatment with Western medicinal style + Chinese traditional medicinal style in Beijing University Shenzhen Hospital has helped me so much, the edema that has been on my hands for about 15 months has gone a lot. I am confident with my doctors and myself. I am sure it will go totally along with the time. : -)

I am just a student on Art of Painting, Music, English and Management, to work on the web site in my free time.
