The more things I have learned, the more shortages that I have realized in my art and music learning and creating works.

Today, I wanted to create a new picture for the classical poem, but, after hearing the music that I had created for it and my singing one year ago, I felt the quality was bad no matter the music or my singing. So, even though time was 9:00pm already, I re-wrote the music and re-recorded it. I was a little bit tired for I have worked for over 10 hours, so, I did not satisfy with my own work yet. I will re-sing it in the coming time and I will create a new picture for this poem later...

Just hope my effort here will be a little bit help to you to learn Chinese culture and Chinese language.

I like this poem for it has written out the profile of the bamboo in a garden -- as a gentleman with a beautiful personality.

I have introduced some poems by the same poet and I have made some links for you and hope they are help to you to review them... :-)

LISTEN TO SHIRLEY TO SING THE POEM

Dews have cleaned down the rouge on your knots,
wind is waving your branches as green jade,
showing you natural body and beautiful qualities.
You are gentle and soft as a gentleman,
with a strong vitality
You can grow up anyplace...
