This is my 57th Combined Paintingthat I have created / painted for Chinese Classical Poetry, and my 660th painting since 2003 ; also, it is my 33rd assignment in Chinese National Academy of Arts.
Since I created a piece of a music for this poem in July, 2006, I have created 3 paintings to match it. This is the third time and I do hope it will be some help with you learn Chinese culture and art.
Main Meaning of the Poem
This day last year at the same gate, A girl’s face and flowers reflected the red. No one knows where the girl is now, The peach blossoms are still smiling in the spring breeze.
