This is my 78thCombined Paintingthat I have created / painted for Chinese Classical Poetry, my 729 painting since 2003;also, it is my 120th assignment in Chinese National Academy of Arts since Oct, 2011.

It is the 3rd time that I created/painted a painting to match the Chinese classical poem Inscription on Huichong鈥檚 Painting " Hui Chong Chun Jiang Wan Jing - An Evening Scene on a Spring River" by Su Shi, and the music that I created for the poem.

This time, I did not made any colored background as I had done before, my tutors thought that was good. But, all of us did not think that ducks good. So, I will try to re-paint it again. :-)

Main Meaning of the Poem

Beyond the bamboo grove there are few twigs of peach blossoms,
The spring river water gets warm, ducks know it first.
Wormwood herb is everywhere, the buds of reeds just grow.
It is the time when globefish swam upstream.
