I could not help smiling when I saw Dr.Jessica Gerard took some of chopsticks from her box, and a lady carried many bowls.
With a big smiles, each students got a couple of chopsticks and little race in a bowl, to learn how to use the chopsticks to take the race and to eat it. :-)
I am not sure whether in Chinese elementary schools students learn something interested this way or not. I do feel it is interesting to teach students some very helpful and useful technique indeed. :-)
