Completed Time: June 3, 2012 |
Remarks: This is my 382nd Chinese Xieyi Painting and my 702nd painting since 2003, the 96th assignment in Chinese National Academy of Arts.
I like red-crowned crane for its graceful feature and so many symbolic meanings of it -- happiness, luck, longevity and loyalty in Chinese culture.
So, when our tutor asked us hand in 2 paintings to the school, I painted this painting with a red-crowned crane.
How do you think of this painting, do you enjoy it?
