This is my 49th Combined Paintingthat I created for Chinese Classical Poetry, andmy 621st painting since 2003.Also, it is my 9th painting after I left from CAFA july 12, 2011.
I painted it to match a Chinese classical poem Yong E -- Sing the Geese by Luo Binwang who was lived in the early Tang Dynasty (618 - 907), as the graphical interpretation of the peom, to show you its meaning.
For the same purpose, I had translated it into English in April, 2005; then, I created a piece of music and sang it in Chinese first time in Oct, 2005.
This weekend, I have corrected my translation, re-written the music and re-sang it for you.
I do hope that my effort will be some help with you to learn Chinese culture and language.
MAIN MEANING OF THE PEOM :
Sing the Geese
By Luo Binwang (Tang)
