Title: Shirley's Art Works 587-Chinese Mogu Painting Practice -024- Shirley Learned to Paint It from Mr.Ren Bonian in CAFA, March 22, 2011 |
Artist: Shirley Zhang |
Size: |
Completed Time: March 22, 2011 |
Remarks: This is my 24th Chinese Mogu Painting and my 587th painting since 2003. Also, it is my 68th assignment in China Central Academy of Fine Arts.
I enjoy painting bird and flower. For observe them, I have been planting some plants and I have been raising birds at home. Also, I had painted the flowers in the garden when I was in the South of China.
When I paint a bird, the most I enjoy doing is to paint the behaviors, especially how they fly. :-) I do often feel that a bird is someone who has the feelings and thoughts. :-)
So, I often want to express some feelings of human being via my own birds and flowers in a painting.
After I completed the 24 Chinese Mogu Paintings and some Chinese Xiyi paintings in the classroom, 2 classmates told me that they wanted to have one of my flower and bird paintings, another 2 classmates have taken 3 of my flower and bird paintings to send their friends from Europe and China already. One of my classmates said that he ensured that my paintings of flower and bird would be welcome in the painting market. :-)
How do you think of this painting? Do you enjoy this painting?
