This is my 41st Combined Paintingthat I created for Chinese Classical Poetry, andmy 530 painting since 2003.Also, it is the 61st(88th) painting (practice) that I have done in 2010.
After I put on the painting similar below on the web site last Sunday -- Sep 19, 2010, I did not think it is good enought, so, I tried to paint a new one Tuesday night, Sep 21, I do hope I have made a little bit progress and bring you a feeling better than last one.
September is an important time for Chinese people. Because, there are many important days in this month -- a Chinese Mid-autumn Festival will be on Setember 22; a Chinese Teacher's Day on September 10; all of the schools started their new term in September, too.
For me, it is important for I had became an abroad student on my birthday in September, then an art student on the same day. They have changed and and will offer me a totally new and more meaningful life.
So, even though I just had an operation for 12 days, it was a little bit difficult for me to stand for a long time and to sing and paint, at the important time, I would still like to express my endless appreciated heart to my teachers, professors, bosses, colleagues, classmates, friends and family members around of me and in the far away places with a Chinese classical poem and the music, paintings and comments that I have created, sung and recorded for you.
I do hope that my paintings, singing, recording and all of the effort will bring you a big smile and a comfort. I do hope that someday in the near future, you will be proud of me as your student, employee, colleague, classmate, friend and family member...
Meanwhile, I also hope that my continuous effort will be some help with you to learn Chinese culture, language and arts...
MAIN MEANING OF THE POEM:
The mountains are green, the water is blue. The fall ends in Jiangnan, the grass is not yellow. Twenty-four bridge, Bright moonlight, Where are you teaching people blowing flute?
