This is my 126th Chinese Xieyi -- Freehand Brushworks Painting that I created in my art lesson Thursday night (my lesson was adjusted temporarily this week). My teacher was glad for I had created my own pictures after lesson and gave me some comments:

The Good Part: The design & composition of this picture is peculiar & wonderful; Writing running is artistic; there is animation on the picture. The Bad Part: The composition of picture is standing facing each other too much, lacks the feeling of layers; 2. Peonies lack leaves, there is no a changes on the flowers themselves; the body of the caragana is too long; the leaves of bamboos have no a regular... :-)

So, I just got 50 marks. :-)

Shirley Created Art -- Chinese Xieyi--0125: Happy & Harmonious

The Good Part:The feeling of the whole picture is good; the writing running is cool. The Bad Part:The structure of the picture is not complete. The framework a little bit loose. The running of the writing of the birds and the flowers are not very harmonious yet. :-) Anyway, I got 70 marks. :-)

I do agree with the comments and I would like to create a new one that is similar and to correct the problems in the pictures while the created process. :-)

My teacher satisfied with my work and this picture was gave me 90 marks.:-)
