This is my 81stCombined Paintingthat I have created / painted for Chinese Classical Poetry, my 732 painting since 2003;also, it is my 124th assignment in Chinese National Academy of Arts since Oct, 2011.
This is the 5th time I painted a painting to match the same poem and the music that I created for the poem in 2006.
When I created/ painted the first 4 paintings, I had not gone to paint from the nature yet, but this time, I did have some new feeling because there was really the feature of the peach blossoms in my mind and I did want to express the feeling of mine to the flowers via the painting.
I really hope that my effort will be some help with you to learn Chinese culture and language.
Main Meaning of the Poem
This day last year at the same gate, A girl’s face and flowers reflected red. No one knows where the girl is now, The peach blossoms are still smiling in the spring breeze.
