Remarks: This is the 148th Chinese Xieyi Painting-- Freehand brushworks that I created in my art lesson Thursday night.
It is for about 2 weeks, my teacher has not offered me an art lesson since I had my travel. So, I asked my teacher to comments my last 3 pictures that I created totally free. :-)
Below are the marks that my teacher gave me:
I created 5th combined painting got 90 marks.
I created 6th combined painting got 80 marks.
I created 7th combined painting got 85 marks. :-)
After painting some landscape painting by myself, I was asked to create a picture with flower and birds. So, I created it. My teacher was satisfied with my work, so, I got 90 marks.
In the ancient Chinese painting theory, people sorted Chinese painting as:
Figure Painting (portrait) Landscape Painting Flower and Bird Painting
I have painted many flower and bird painting, some figure painting. I have just created my own landscape for 7 weeks. Right now, suddenly to be asked to paint flower and bird, I did feel that was easier than a landscape.
How do you think of this picture? Do you enjoy it?
