Remarks: This is My my 902nd Painting since 2003 and my 50thChinese Bai Mao,and the 2nd painting since I left from Chinese National Academy of Arts July 15, 2014.
Usually, in case I have not painted for 3 days, I do not think that I have gotten down to business.
So, when I could not paint because I must deal with over 100 ruined books in Shenzhen, to take part in the packs in Beijing, to bought books, to apply a new study opportunity in a Western University since June 25 to July 23, I did worry about the fact hat I could not paint. Therefore, as soon as someone from the Western University told me that I have completed my application already. What I needed to do would just to wait for the final result. The first response in my mind was: I wanted to paint. :-)
So, even though everywhere in my home there are books and 12 of my 23 packs from my school and book stores from Beijing have not been dealt with ok yet, I could not help painting. :-)
Do you know? Before I left for home, except I had a plan to apply a study opportunity in a western university, technically, I would like to develop my Chinese Mogu painting that is nearest Western water color paintings and I would like to absorb some thing new good from western arts, to create something by combines them into my Chinese paintings. :-)
Meanwhile, I will continue to do something my favorite -- Chinese Baimiao since it is the foundation of Chinese paintings. And line is something to distinguish Chinese painting from any the other paintings in the world.
So, even though things are not in the order yet, with a peaceful heart, I have completed 3 of new Chinese Baimiao Paintings with just Chinese ink and lines. :-)
To be honest, I do often feel that Chinese Baimiao has the function to help me into a very calm and very quiet heart, even though the weather is quite hot, my heart was still cool when I was working on it.
Do you want to try it? Do you enjoy the first paintings that I did after I just leave from the schools?
