Remarks:
This is my 309th Chinese Xieyi Painting and my 556th painting since 2003. Also, it is the 1st painting (practice) that I have learned to paint in 2011, the 37th assignment of China Central Academy of Fine Art.
Since I came to CAFA, except having the normal lessons and completed the assignments, our tutor -- Mr. Gang Li has been helping me to catch one the lessons that I had missed (Sep 10 - Nov 25) of landscape painting.
So, as soon as I had time, I learned to paint stone. After painting stones for about 40 days, finally, Mr. Li agreed with me to paint trees.
After making some practice, I painted my first landscape painting via learning from Mr. Xian Gong who was living in the end of Ming Dynasty and early years of Qing Dynasty.
